Our company may be young, but the experience behind it is not. The founders of PrimeMesse & Eventlogistik have over 50 years of combined experience in trade fair and event logistics. This expertise shapes every project we undertake – from initial planning to final implementation.

Marco Hardtmann
Co-founder & Managing Director (Profile)
Hi, I'm Marco. Since completing my freight forwarding training at DB Schenker in Hamburg, I've had a passion for trade fair and event logistics. I know how crucial every single shipment is for your trade fair appearance, which is why we do everything we can to ensure your shipments arrive at your stand on time and undamaged.
From 2006 to 2021, I headed the international trade fair department at DB Schenker in Hamburg and, at the same time, served as deputy site manager at the exhibition center. During this time, I personally managed major projects on-site in Europe (including Oslo, Milan, London, and Paris), Asia (including Shanghai, Tokyo, Busan, Seoul, and Mumbai), North America (including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Mexico), Australia (Sydney and Melbourne), New Zealand (Auckland), South Africa (Cape Town), and the Middle East (Dubai and Abu Dhabi). In 2022, I moved to Globalfast GmbH and built up the International Trade Fair Logistics division there.
In close partnership with Globalfast GmbH, we decided in 2024 to spin off the international trade fair logistics division into an independent company. Together with the founder and managing director of Globalfast, who are actively involved as shareholders, I am founding this new company – as co-founder and future managing director. This way, we are combining my 22 years of experience with the entrepreneurial expertise of the Globalfast team. Together, we will create an even more specialized and service-oriented full-service offering for our customers."

Hello, I'm Denis. My professional career began in 2006 with an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk—a decision that laid the foundation for my specialization in trade fair logistics.
Since the beginning of my career, the logistical support of international trade fair appearances has been my central area of responsibility.
Between 2013 and 2020, I served as a Key Account Manager for numerous customers in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors. During this time, I gained extensive experience in international vehicle and heavy-duty logistics .
The personal project management took me to important trade fair and event locations worldwide –
including Europe (Milan, Istanbul, Paris), North America (Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas),
North Africa and the Middle East (Algiers, Khartoum, Dubai), as well as Asia (Beijing, Shanghai, New Delhi, Bangalore and Tokyo).

I specialized in controlling and corporate management early on because I'm convinced that a solid financial foundation is the key to successful projects and long-term partnerships

Over the past few years, I have successfully co-founded and built several companies. My focus is on financial planning, controlling, and strategic development. While my colleagues in direct customer contact and service do everything they can to ensure your project runs smoothly, I work behind the scenes to ensure we work on a stable foundation—reliable, efficient, and future-oriented.
